rules are not to be considered as restrictive but necessary to aid in
the cooperative need for us to live together in a friendly and cordial
manor.
Mostly,
common sense will dictate what is and what is not appropriate.
Please
consider your neighbor when a question comes to mind on any activity.

Pools
and Policies
The
Association cannot be liable for accidents or drowning at the pool,
strict safety and health rules must be obeyed at all times. No guest's
music, food or behavior shall interfere with anyone's enjoyment of the
pool area.
- Clubhouse passes must be presented &
sign in upon entering the facility. Guests limited per unit size as
follows:
1B/1B 6 people
2B/2B 8 people
Townhouse 10 people
Owners and tenants must accompany their guests when using the facility.
Any owner, resident or guest exceeding these limits will be denied
access to the facility.
Larger groups may reserve the party room. Call 645-8300 for advance
reservations.
- All children under age of 16 must be
accompanied by an adult (over 18) at all times.
- During the hours of 10:00 to 11:00 am
(summer) ADULT SWIM ONLY.
- No one under 6 yr. permitted in the hot tub
room. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No food or alcoholic beverages in hot tub or
sauna, no alcohol in pool area.
- No one under 16 allowed in Sauna without an
adult.
- No running or dangerous play. Climbing or
jumping off of water fall will result in loss of pool privileges!
- No glass containers allowed in clubhouse or
pool areas.
- Proper swim attire must be worn.
- Children under 2 yr. old must wear rubber
pants in pools.
- Adults are to accompany children to the rest rooms.
