The rules are not to be considered
as restrictive but necessary to aid in the cooperative need
for us to live together in a friendly and cordial manor. Mostly, common sense will dictate what is and what is not appropriate.
Please consider your neighbor when a question
comes to mind on any activity.

Pets
No pets of any kind are allowed at Red Pine.
Only owners who have previously acquired written permission(prior
to November 1993) are allowed to bring dogs to Red Pine and must
obey the strict rules outlined:
- Dogs must remain inside unit while on property.
- Dogs must be walked off property on a leash.
- Any dog on landscaped area of Red Pine will result in immediate
fine and/or revocation of permission for pet to remain on property.
- NO BARKING! If a disturbance is reported it will result in
immediate fine and/or revocation of permission for pet to remain
on property.
Any owner, tenant or guest violating pet regulations will be
assessed an immediate $50 fine for each offense. These fines will
be added to the monthly maintenance fee and will continue until
the Board is assured that the animal is no longer on the premises.
Any unleashed dogs will be immediately turned over to animal control
without notice. Violation of any of theses rules will result in
fines and permission for pet to remain on property will be revoked.
Vehicles
- Two permanent vehicles per unit are allowed.
- Storage of vehicles is prohibited. All vehicles must be operable
and have current license and registration. All vehicles must
be moved every 24 hours during the winter so parking lots can
be plowed. For maintenance and sweeping of parking lots ALL
vehicles must be moved at least once every 48 hours on a year
round basis.
- No recreational vehicles such as trailers, motor homes, large
trucks, campers or boats shall be kept or maintained in parking
lots, driveways or roadways at any time. Violators are subject
to towing and/or fines.
- Any leakage of oil from any vehicle shall be the responsibility
of the owner to clean up and are subject to fines. No automotive
repairs of any kind to be done on property.
- Illegally parked vehicles infringing on official or assigned
resident parking areas are subject to immediate towing. Illegally
parked vehicles that block sidewalks, trash bins or driveways
or are in any way restricting access by emergency vehicles are
subject to immediate towing and fines. No vehicles are allowed
on any landscaped areas and are subject to immediate fines.
- Any abandoned or inoperable unlicensed vehicle is subject
to immediate towing.
