The Red Pine party room is available for the private use of the owners, guests, and renters of the Red Pine units. We take great pride in our facility and expect all owners and guests to respect the property, obey the rules and keep the area clean. Please make checks payable to Red Pine Homeowners' Association and return to the above address. A cleaning deposit of
$150 must accompany this reservation form Please keep in mind that failure
to obey the house rules, numbers of people (over 35) or late
departure will result in complete forfeiture of the $150 deposit. No amplified music, noise level to remain at a level not to disturb the “quiet enjoyment’ of
any resident at all times. Strict cleaning requirements must be completed for deposit refund this must be completed by 10:00 PM in the winter and 9:00 PM in the summer. ANY cleaning required will be deducted from security deposits OR billed directly to homeowners accounts.
