The Red Pine party room is available for the private use of the owners, guests, and renters of the Red Pine units.  We take great pride in our facility and expect all owners and guests to respect the property, obey the rules and keep the area clean.

There is a non-refundable fee of $________.00 for the use of the facilities. Reservations will not be confirmed until the rental fee and signed applications are received. Please make checks payable to Red Pine Homeowners' Association and return to the above address.

A cleaning deposit of $150 must accompany this reservation form

Please keep in mind that failure to obey the house rules, numbers of people (over 35) or late departure  will result in complete forfeiture of the $150  deposit.  No amplified music, noise level to remain at a level not to disturb the “quiet enjoyment’ of any resident at all times.
No glass is allowed in the clubhouse or alcohol or food in the pool or hot tub areas.

Strict cleaning requirements must be completed for deposit refund this must be completed by 10:00 PM in the winter and 9:00 PM in the summer. ANY cleaning required will be deducted from security deposits OR billed directly to homeowners accounts.
PLEASE, BE AWARE THAT IT NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP AND GONE BY THE TIME THE CLUBHOUSE CLOSES!!

  1. All chairs and tables wiped down and neatly stacked in closet.
  2. Wet bar and refrigerator cleaned inside and out.
  3. Floor vacuumed and furniture returned to original location.
  4. All trash removed and deposited in dumpster.
  5. Barbecue grills cleaned.
  6. All windows and doors wiped free on hand prints, closed and locked.
  7. All lights out.  
  8. You must be cleaned up and gone by closing time.
  9. A MINIMUM cleaning fee of $25 will be charged for any additional cleaning or arrangement of furniture.
  10. It is your responsibility to supply all cleaning supplies and trash bags.  
  11. User must furnish all glasses, plates, utensils etc.

I have read and agree to the above terms of the Red Pine Clubhouse party room rental.
