To: Redpine Homeowners Please be aware that on December 1, 2005 the Redpine Board of Trustees hired Summit Property Services, Inc. to provide property management to your homeowners association. Our office phone number is (435) 655-3906 M-F 8am to 6pm. Our after hours 24 hours emergency response number is (435) 640-8340. Please visit the Redpine HOA website at www.redpinehoa.com. This website has updates, rules, and other important information. During the month of December, Summit Property Services, Inc. will work with your out-going property management company to make this as easy a transition as possible. Please let us know how we can help you, or feel free to contact me regarding past or current issues that need resolution. We anticipate having an office at Redpine shortly and will provide further information on that as it develops. Summit Property Services, Inc. is also now responsible for the front desk operation at the Redpine Clubhouse, and we are having a phone installed at that location for your convenience. Whether you live in Redpine year round, occasionally visit, or rent your home, we want to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Our goal is to ensure that Redpine, and its amenities, always remain attractive and safe.
