Red Pine Annual Elections Meeting: Please remember that C & H Management should be contacted regarding the day to day business at Red Pine. The members donate their time and should be contacted regarding issues that are not related to the daily operations at Red Pine. All correspondence to the members must be in writing. Architectural Committee: Please refer to this list of committee members. Any alteration to a unit that requires the services of a licensed contractor shall provide to the Architectural committee for approval prior to the commencement of any work: A copy of the plans, information on licensed contractor and subcontractors performing services and a copy of the Permit. Budget Committee: If you have any suggestions regarding the 2006 budgets, please direct all requests for Budget items your to Phase Presidents. All requests must be in writing and received no later than August 1, 2005. If you have any interest in serving on these committees please contact your Phase President. The Clubhouse & Amenities: The pools are now open daily throughout the summer from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Remember the adult swim is daily from 10:00 am. to 11:00 a.m. Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the clubhouse area at this time. If you are not current in paying homeowners dues passes will not be issued for your unit. The maximum number of guests permitted into the clubhouse and pool area are as follows: 1 bedroom-6 guests, 2 bedroom-8 guests, townhouses-10 guests. Due to the increased usage of our amenities this rule is strictly enforced. To review the pools rules the Associations web site is redpinehoa.com Laundry Keys: Please remember keys are required to access the laundry room. The keys to the laundry area have not been changed. Several repairs on the lock have been made and we apologize for any inconvenience. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Important Notice about Decks: Management will be completing deck checks in the next 2 weeks. Four items allowed on decks are: firewood stacked neatly, Propane barbecues (charcoal barbecues are prohibited and will be removed without notice), out door furniture and bikes. Any items left in the common areas will be removed by management. Nothing shall be attached to the buildings including bird feeders and thermometers. Please inform your guests and tenants that towels and laundry are not allowed on the railings and clothes lines are not allowed. Failure to abide by the house rules will result in fines to homeowners. The House Rules can be reviewed at redpinehoa.com Parking: Boats, trailers and recreational vehicles are prohibited in all parking areas at Red Pine. To avoid problems please inform your guests prior to their arrival. Violators are subject to towing/fines. On June 8, 2005, weather permitting the upper two Chalet parking areas marked A-L and B-G will be resurfaced. All units have been informed. All vehicles must be moved from the parking lots by 8:00 p.m. on June 7, 2005. Painting Chalets: Painting and maintenance has commenced on buildings A through G. Please inform your guests as this project may involve minor inconveniences to residents and guests. Maintenance: If you notice any maintenance items that need attention, please contact Management at 435-645-8300 or use the maintenance request form on our web site at redpinehoa.com and fax to 435-649-6063. Enforcing the house rules is a major function of C & H Management Services. Please...don’t take it personally! It is our job and we appreciate the cooperation and support of the homeowners.
