ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
OF THE
RED PINE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The committee was established by President Dave Nicks at the Board of Directors meeting on November 6, 2003. The purpose of the committee is to review all proposed architectural changes to Red Pine and present them to the Board of Directors for final determination. Committee review includes design, contractor proposals, possible options and visual impact.

The first committee meeting was held on Monday, November 10, 2003. The purpose of the meeting was to further define the committee’s charter and identify outstanding architectural issues. Issues that have been raised include:
Process for Review:
Anyone wishing to make architectural changes or suggestions should provide a detailed plan to the committee. The committee will review the plan and, when appropriate, get input from C&H Management. The plan and Committee recommendations will be presented to the Board for their consideration. The owner will receive feedback regarding the Board’s decision within 90 days following submission of the plan.
