Red Pine is located on 19.5 acres with over 425 trees and
is walking distance to "The Canyons"; Utah's newest
resort.
Red Pine has a total of 260 units, built in 1979:
100 Chalet One bedroom units - 650 sq. ft.
(all ground level)
100 Chalet Two bedroom units - 1075 sq. ft. (two levels all
on second floor)
60 Townhomes - 1775 sq. ft. (three levels)
Red Pine is the largest resort in Park City
Amenities Include 2 pools with water fall, wading
pool, hot tub, sauna, clubhouse and tennis courts.
The Clubhouse

and pool facilities are open about 8 months per
year. The Clubhouse includes indoor/outdoor
hot tubs, volleyball courts, picnic and grill area.
Summer hours the facility is open
daily- 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. June-September
Winter hours the facility is open
daily- 12:00 Noon to 10:00 p.m. Thanksgiving –
April.
The Clubhouse closes the second
weekend in- April until Memorial Day and from the
second weekend in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs
and maintenance.
Laundry facilities are available
year round at the Clubhouse and is open from-
8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Your may pick up
a key, at the clubhouse, any day of the week from
3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $3.00.

Red Pine Community Association
In the Red Pine Chalets, there are four phases:
phase one consisting of buildings A thru J, phase two consisting
of buildings O thru T, phase three consisting of buildings
U thru Z and phase four consisting of buildings K and L.
According to the Red Pine Community Association
CC&R's, one bedroom units will have a 1/40 interest
in the common areas and will bear 1/40 of the common area
expenses. Additionally, two-bedroom units will have a 1/60
interest in the common areas and will bear a 1/60 of the
common area expenses.
Canyon Townhomes Association
Phase five consists of 60 townhomes and are
known as The Canyon Townhomes.
Miscellaneous Information:
New Roofs were completed in 1999 throughout
the project.
Dues are paid quarterly and are as follows:
One Bedroom - $665.08 water and sewer are
paid by the HOA
Two Bedroom - $1067.82 water and sewer are paid by the
HOA
Townhouses - $1250 sewer is paid by the Owner
Homeowner Fees also include: snow removal,
landscaping, maintenance of all amenities and common areas,
painting and common area insurance.
