Red Pine is located on 19.5 acres with over 425 trees and is walking distance to "Park City Canyons"; Utah's largest ski resort. Red Pine has a total of 260 units, built in 1979:

Amenities Include 2 pools with water fall, wading pool, 2 hot tubs, dry sauna, clubhouse with WiFi, tennis courts, picnic area, volleyball courts, and horse shoes.

The Clubhouse and pool facilities are open about 8 months per year. The Clubhouse includes indoor/outdoor hot tubs, volleyball courts, horse shoes, picnic and grill area.
Summer hours the facility is open daily- 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. June-September
Winter hours the facility is open daily- 12:00 Noon to 10:00 p.m. Thanksgiving – April.
The Clubhouse closes the second weekend in- April until Memorial Day and from Labor Day in Sept to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance.
Laundry facilities are available year round at the Clubhouse and is open from- 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of $2.00 per cycle. Your may pick up a key, at the clubhouse, any day of the week for $3.00.
HOA DUES are paid quarterly and due on the first of January, April, July, and October. Each owner is sent an HOA dues invoice on the 15 of the prior month the quarterly payments are due. HOA rates are as follows:
One Bedroom - $1096.10 water usage and sewer are paid by the HOA - Owner responsible for water base rate and loan payment. Two Bedroom - $1644.15 water usage and sewer are paid by the HOA - Owner responsible for water base rate and loan payment. Townhouses - $2000 water and sewer are paid by the Owner

Homeowner Fees also include: snow removal, landscaping, maintenance of all amenities and common areas, exterior painting, common area insurance and Comcast basic TV and internet.
